Re: Haha! I defeated the Kangaroo FOE in the demo!

I've been able to kill three of them and got enough shields for my two Landsknects and one Protector.

Then I guess it's just the uber challange of a shining version which I have to resist the urge to catch and hunting for books.

Re: So, any thoughts on dlc?

IF they were to make DLC for this game a Boss Rush or Colosseum from previous games' bosses or FOEs would be pretty spiffy.

A minor one would be more color options for your characters.

Re: EOIV QR Codes (NA Version)

Well I wouldn't want a Scalpel to be an axe or something. That's the last thing you want to see on an operating table.

It's strong as the Kopis Sword so it's a good replacement for one since it also has refresh on it.

Re: EOIV QR Codes (NA Version)

Battle Charm's OK until you can get the Bronze Icon which gives twenty HP and one to every stat.

Still the HP boost is nice for the beginning of the Demo.

Best one is the Acupuncture Pin equip able to anyone and it's one of the strongest weapons in the demo you don't have to take an FOE down for.

Re: EOIV QR Codes (NA Version)

The map might show a location of areas we can't get get to like the mine. There's at least two areas we can't get to on the map which by the way don't try to get to the area surround by FOEs we can't get into it yet. -And even if it is just for the cash I can make enough money I don't need to sell i...

Re: Demo is up!

I've been collecting resources from mining, taking, and the animals on the map for money and getting the rare ones for some good items like Driftwood Dragons. Kinda wish there a spot for chopping in the demo but I guess that must be in one of the dungeons or the next floor of the labyrinth. The demo...

Re: Haha! I defeated the Kangaroo FOE in the demo!

Now that the NA version of the Demo is out... These things are nasty they can almost KO the Fortress in one hit so pretty much anyone else who's hit is dead unless you can get some defense boosts. I got REALLY close to taking one out when I was able to blind it but I wasn't able to kill it before it...

Re: Demo is up!

I don't think I'm going to turn off this game because I'm going to play this Demo like mad. There's at least the Old Forest Mine, First Floor of Windy Plains and the first skyship section to explore. There's a few hours of content to go over and if I understand right we get the transfer the data to ...

Re: Character/Party Build Ideas?

I'm just going to have the general idea of what I want to do and decide the subclasses later I don't want to have every single detail planned out my first go: Front Row Nightseeker Fredrick (Male portrait 2 alternate) Fortress Rosary (Female portrait 1 alternate) Back Row Medic K (Male portrait 1) S...

Re: Official EO4 website

Argh PLA I'm looking a banana dishes now and I want some now... Makes me want to go and get a banana shake or something. Maruya is now one of my party member's names... I think that shall be my Sniper's name: and she shall hate fried foods! I don't think the entire party will be named after banana d...

Preordered and fully paid: The seventh can't come fast enough so I'm slaughtering at the Tower of Victory in three.

Re: Good party but not too OP

Interesting. Yggdroids are very good at taking hits though so they won't shatter easily.

Don't forget that you can also build different members for other uses later as well. I would recommend having some sort of a Farmer on the side for gathering resources early on to make up for lack of money.

Re: Gladiator Subclass.

I've had some interested in seeing how the spear would be for the Gladiator in the back row. Maybe not as good as Cloudbuster but Long Stride could deal some good damage too. Also gives you access to a shield and the parries. If anything it's probably one of the best ways to get the best offensive o...

Re: Woo reprint!

Yeah when you would rarely find a copy of the games used it's usually around the twenty dollar range. For a series that isn't a large and widely known series for reprints I guess it makes sense for them to be thirty. I already have the third game but I would like to play the previous games. This wou...
