You can also play on classic mode, which likely will not be voiced. Or maybe they'll voice the NPCs. I wish we'd get more info.

I prefer dubs because I live in the U.S. and I'm used to experiencing everything in English. I've always been surprised to see how many people prefer foreign voices.
