Re: What pulled you in?

I grew up on a nintendo entertainment system, and a gameboy. This plays like dragon warrior and pokemon, both of which I adored.

Re: New to the series, new to the forums. Hello...

Oh what a life. I let my cousin play when I was out last night and she had decided to start a new game. Not a huge deal, it was a fun run and I learned a lot. Got to the 24th floor. Going to start again later today, I guess. Stuff I learned, that stuck to me: Alchemists are rather...rubbish. Status ...

Re: EO Rantage

Salve II costs... 20, I believe? Heals for about 350 maxed out IIRC So, if 2 injured members are fixed up, it's even, and if 3 or more are healed, it's increasingly more efficient. Again, I was a raid healer, so I sort of use a similar style in my playthrough of only intervening when characters are ...

Re: EO Rantage

I've been pretty much ignoring cure myself. Granted, I'm not the most experienced player out there (I'm on the floor knee-deep in ants right now), but I figure it's far more mana efficient to wait for another character to have damage as well, and then heal the 2+ at once. I healed a whole bunch back...

Re: EO Rantage

This where we complain? Blew through 5 days in that darn maze today, I never want to see a plant monster again.

Re: New to the series, new to the forums. Hello...

I like different. It's silly to pay for the same game again and again, so a bit of shaking up is good for the long term, in my opinion.

Re: New to the series, new to the forums. Hello...

^_^ Welcome! Thank you! I don't think I've ever been welcomed by a webmaster before, is there some sort of social protocol I should follow here? :P Personally: to me, the first one is MUCH better than the rest. I've heard a lot of people say the series gets better with each game, and that I should'...

Re: New to the series, new to the forums. Hello...

3DS, not DSI. Same problem though, yeah. A careless error! Thanks for clarifying. EDIT: My perfect postcount number, ruined! 'tis a tragic day. Oh forgive me, Wolkenritter. If I may propose a solution, get your count to 999 and gently encourage us all to turn our screens upside-down? I think 777 ma...

Re: New to the series, new to the forums. Hello...

Yes, that. Likely I'll probably just try to beat the second and third ones, though. Forth one's coming out on the dsi though, so I'm not sure if I'll manage to play that one.

Re: New to the series, new to the forums. Hello...

Thanks to you both for the welcome. Heya Isom! Welcome to ItL :) From the fact you're calling Aria a Bard instead of a Troubadour and that you actually have the game, I gather that you're playing the European edition. Hi-5 to that :) I like "bard" better regardless but yes, Euro edition re...

Hi, introducing myself as per the thread's title's suggestion. Just started playing EO1 today, loving it.

New to the series, new to the forums. Hello...

Greetings Forum! My name's Jesse, I'm a chronically unemployed apprentice plumber, and I literally just started playing earlier today. I'm somewhere between floors two and... one, I suppose. I've got characters from levels 1 through 8 and I'm loving the so far. I'd go so far as to say it's my favori...
