Why is level 99 considered essential for the Bug? i'm on 3rd floor strata 6 at 65~ Does something special happen at level 99 or is it just that you need the max stats?

Each game is essentially as hard as you make it, i'd rather have a balanced game that lets you run flexable parties and still have a challenge than worry so much about game difficulty.
