Re: Show off your desktops *warning: super-sized images*

Re: Games you are playing

...the slime is too op... I've never understood why people always say this. Slime is only overpowered in some multi-monster quests, due to the reduced health monsters have. I don't know about the SnS specifically, but for most weapons a fully upgraded weapon of the correct element will kill faster ...

Re: Games you are playing

Aw, nevermind then, try a better armor in your rank tough, it will make it easier for you if you could survive to two or three hits more.

Re: Games you are playing

I see, for the Dios weapon, it's normal, the slime is too op, it's the quickest way to kill almost anything in the game, let alone to break parts of a monster quickly. You can also disable his super sayian mode by making the slime explodes a few times on him. I just checked and it's up to 3% when yo...

Re: Games you are playing

@Fluffernuff Bt you technically have more chances to get a rare loot by capturing a monster (espacially the jasps) howerver and of course you don't carve, but you get 6/7 loots in the capture box, more with the right armor skill and you still have break parts and tail carve if you have cut it. As fo...

Re: Games you are playing

Actually, MH3G and MH3U are the same game, as it has already been said, the first one is the Japanese name of the game, the second one is the USA/Europe's one. The only real difference can be see in downloadable quests and the stuff they unlock (the pirate armor as exemple). It also might be the sam...

Re: Games you are playing

For having spent some hours on it, i would rather play Toukiden than Soul sacrifice, it's less rigid in my opinion et more fun to play. But if you like the Mh-likes, you should try God eater, i really loved this one.

And currently, i'm playing Etrian Odyssey 2 and trying to end Final fantasy 13.

Re: Games you are playing

Never get to put my hands on any of the gba ones other than Aria of sorrow so i can't quite tell. Meh, i might try to find some of them, it might be quite intereting. But in general, all Castlevania games have really great soundtracks (and Harmony of Despair an Judgment, even if they are really bad ...

Re: Games you are playing

@SirthOsiris Oh, then it's a really good one (still, this song has too much remixes, really)

@Etrian Veteran Yup, i always loved this one, much more than Dawn of sorrow too, but in my own opinion, Portrait of Ruin is the best one, followed by this one and Order of Ecclesia then by Dawn of sorrow.

Re: Games you are playing

@SirthOsiris They finally added him, he deserved it a lot in my opinion, even if i think that the FFXII's version would have been a more suitable choice. (By the way, the soundtrack in the background is really the one that plays during the fight or just an added one ?) Actually, i'm playing Castleva...

Re: Recent Purchases Thread

I bought Toukiden the age of demons and Ssoul Sacrifice on PSVita recently, the second one is a bit disappointing to me, but the first one is clearly a good copy of Monster Hunter (even if don't really like to use this word to speak of them). And i'm still waiting for an US release of fate/Extra CCC...

Re: Games you are playing

I completed Bravely Default some weeks ago, the secret boss aside (damn you monster >w<) i've done everything in it and enjoyed every bit of the adventure, even if the way to the end is painfully long. As for Diablo 3, the AH was a big mistake from the begining, it's not fit for Hhack'n'slash games,...

Re: Introduce yourself here! Or say farewell!

Nah, i won't judge anyone on the weapon they use. I was a SnS user too on Trii and on unite i was using a bit each weapon. And in my opinion, GL is a difficult weapon, all the more in the third generation of games. ^^
