Re: Yggdroid or Arbalist? Or?

Liferake pretty much covered the majority of any of the changes I would have suggested to the members you were suggesting changes to. Even simply having Charge from the Gladiator subclass makes Arbalist deal beastly damage. I can see why you would want Blood Return for TP regain but I would fear tha...

Re: My build, my reasons, any feelings?

There's two that I would consider the super bosses: The Final Sea Boss and the Sixth Stratum Final Boss. They have no problem wiping out your party in one move. I've beat the Sea boss a few times but you need an 'ahead of time' plan for the Sixth Stratum Boss or the 'Shogun/Ninja' Boss annihilator. ...

Re: My build, my reasons, any feelings?

Well I'm insane enough to go through the entire game with a Farmer in my party... You can make most stable builds last for the majority of the game but you do need certain specialties for some fights. I pretty much went through the game with: Front Row: Princess/Buccaneer Hoplite/Ninja Back Row: Zod...

Re: About HP and TP Growth

Thank you for the help: It does seem to be the case that Vitality and Intelligence doesn't effect HP or TP. I also finally found my instruction booklet and that also confirms this. I guess it's my inner Disgaea madness that wanted to max out my stats and well I'll still go Book Hunting although I do...

Re: Subclassing~

Well you already have a Ninja but Ninja is a good sub for Hoplite. I know it's one of the most suggested but double Line Guard or Bodyguard is always good. If you think you need a battle that needs more defense you could have them have their clone out instead of the Ninja. Well if you simply want th...

Re: Purchasing games from pawn shops?

I don't see why not. Most of the Pawn shops I go to have been there for years and have return policies if they don't work. I tend to buy mostly older games at Pawn Shops but that tends to be once in a blue moon as those tend to be nothing but sports games. I very rarely ever purchase any current gen...

About HP and TP Growth

So I got around to fully releveling up party members to 99 and I'm starting to wonder if I should Rest down and use Books to boost Vitality and Technique to get as many points in those stats as possible? Or is HP and TP growth based on their class rather then that? I know it's REALLY late to ask thi...

Re: About Farmers.

Hmm, I never considered that option: simply farming... I don't know if I can leave it that simple... :3 I honestly didn't think my post would have been so dissected though... Geez. The beauty of this game is that you can play it however you want even if it's not the wisest idea ever. But yeah I'm ab...

Re: About Farmers.

A Farmer can be very useful for any group as support. It's best to not try to make them a powerhouse as other classes will be able to outdo them easily. First I would invest a point in Keen Eye to open To Market. They will have enough TP to escape once which is when you would use the Inn at the begi...

Books are only really Noteworthy for increasing Tech easier as most have a good section devoted to it. It's a pity books don't have any skills to support them. I also want some suggestions on good subclasses for a status inflicting Farmer. Yes a Farmer I've been using one for a long time and haven't...

The Largebills were the reason I always, ALWAYS explored the second floor at night. Bring it on Gigapedes I can take your Leg Binds! Man I was always working on being able to kill the FOEs on each floor to determine if I was ready for the next. MIGHT have been a little bit of an overkill through. EX...

I gave my Princess a Buccaneer subclass and max out Limit Boost for more Tactics which will also heal thanks to Reinforce or one of the Guards. She also has Eagle Eye to set up for more damage if I have enough buffs up. While it's not really necessary I do find investing a few points into Prevent Or...
