That's because Japans money is worth more than the States.

If it has character art and/or monster art on it that would be rather cool.
I personally think the more art done the better.
Gives you a better idea of what the creator had in mind.

It's worth the buy for the amount of extra "schwag" they are putting in.
I am curious what they mean by "four clear folders" though.
