You can register characters attached to other guild cards in Cargo Wharf, but you can only registered those whose level is not higher than the highest level character you own. BTW from past experience I don't think you will have grind much before post-game content, unless you just retired a characte...

If previous experience is any indicator, it's an instant death kill to get that. That being said, previous experience convinced me that you get charcoal as the conditional drop by killing mandrakes with fire, so... Except that they don't drop charcoal this time... P.S. Killed tons with fire magic/w...
