Yes, it happens on about half of them, which makes navigation very annoying (hit Back, then click the number+2. Oonce that didn't even work because all of the following pages had their navigation cut off, which is how I discovered that the Amazon page didn't have that problem.
I'd say that about three or four additional lines of space (say, ~80px) should be enough.

ETA: Oh, I see you already increased the space. Yes, this works much better. Esthetically, another 40px would be best, but that's not essential.

Well, I just bought three CDs (soundtracks of GITS:SAC, Madlax and .hack//SIGN). Two of them had to come from Amazon Marketplace sellers though. I hope you'll still get the kickback.
