To get rid of spam bots use a mod called .

I have used it and it works like a charm!

Dumb question ahead, maybe it's just because I've never been part of a website's administration before, so bear with me.

If we didn't have spambot protection on this forum, how bad could it potentially get?

-_-; VERY bad. I've had to deal with deleting like 10 topics and several various posts in numorous already-existing topics. The spambot registration has seriously cut back on a LOT.

I still have yet to set up anything else yet (despite my original post... I got busy) but this place hasn't been bad at all so far. Unless Archaic is deleting things before I see it (doubtful).
