Is there some sort of Skype group chat where it'd be easier to get to know everyone?

Of course Hong can't change the fact the UI is horrific but that aside.

It's funny--I have Skype, but I almost never use it. Or when I do...I usually just use the IM aspect of it from when it absorbed MSN messenger. Living with others makes me weird about using it, although it's really no different from being on the phone.

It can just be a text chat, doesn't have to be video or voice chat. SKYPE HAS AN IM FUNCTION DID U NO.

I just feel really awkward sitting in a chat. Like I want to, but ugh, I get nauseous from just thinking that I'm gonna sit and chat with someone. Which is kinda ironic to say considering I used to be a part of an RP group that was primarily a chat based one. There's really just one dude that I'm comfortable chatting with, and we're talking over Steam once we do.

it's not for everyone. you just have to remember that no one is expecting you to constantly reply to things
