Could you move the page list (you know, the line of "previous, 1, 2, 3, next") that is at the bottom up a little. It's now below the quick reply box, which means it's easily overlooked when reading a topic. Directly below the last post on the page would make more sense I think.
Maybe you could also duplicate the page list at the top for easy navigation.
And the "New Topic" button is at the bottom of the topic list on the subforum page. I think it would look better at the top.
