Issue with Logging In

For about a month now, about one in four times I try to post, it says "no post mode specified" and does not let my post go through. No matter how many times I tried the same post again nothing would happen. Posting in another thread would momentarily remedy the issue, unless that post does not go through either.

Today I tried logging out, and when I tried to log in, it just refreshed the login page without brining me back to the forum index. When I looked, I was indeed still logged out. I tried it a few times; all it would do was refresh the login page. I deleted all cookies and cache; it was to no avail. I sporadically tried logging in for about 20-30 minutes to the same effect, until just now, where it, for whatever reason, went through.

This is the only website that has given me this problem.

Anyone else have this problem? I have not experienced it myself.
