Many things about the kitsune is mercurial, from their moods to their treatment of humans, to even the abilities some possess. Kitsune have a depth of personality as deep or even deeper than those of other Japanese characters. The reason for this, according to one source, is that the kitsune is the Trickster, in Japanese culture. They are there to teach those around them lessons.

I always found Tentacool to be worse. To the point where I'd always use a repel when surfing.

Agreed, they need to obliterate the spamming annoying encounter types, or at least not use the same ones we've had since Red/Blue. The fun, for me, is in the new pokemon!

Normal = Light

Yeah, I always thought that was dumb; that things like Hyper Beam & Flash were 'normal', as clearly they deal a similar type of damage to a tackle or slash. Bludgeoning == Radiant. What?

Hence I've always thought there should be a Light Type.
