I picked up Riviera: The Promised Land for GameBoy Advance a few days ago ($10!), and so far I really like it. The characters are cute, and the battle system is fun. The only thing I don't like is running out of... what's it called... TP? The ability to check things that are red? Really grinds my gears when I run out, because I like to look at everythiiing. But then again, it's kind of my own fault, 'cause I keep getting Rank C in battles. u. u; :: needs to learn to play better ::

I've drooled over Yggdra Union for a long time (mention anything to do with Norse mythology and you instantly have my attention). I've hesitated to pick it up, though, because I'm unsure whether I'll like the gameplay/battle system...

I got close to beating Riviera, then set it aside for other games. *sigh* I love it so much but will I EVER beat it?

I've heard so many conflicting things about Yggdra Union. I was going to save up and get me a PSP just to buy it, but when I heard how aweful the game can get, I decided against it. I'll wait to get a PSP for KH and Yggdra Union... well, if it's still around, I will get it - cheaper and used.

I played both not to far in either yet but i am getting somewhere.
I would get YU for the Psp but i dont have one i think the music is going to be awesome for that game.
Many things about the kitsune is mercurial, from their moods to their treatment of humans, to even the abilities some possess. Kitsune have a depth of personality as deep or even deeper than those of other Japanese characters. The reason for this, according to one source, is that the kitsune is the Trickster, in Japanese culture. They are there to teach those around them lessons.

I completely forgot about Mischief Makers! I owned that game as a kid! *shake!shake!* HELP ME, MARIIIINAAAAAAA!

Also, am I the only one who thinks Ein looks indefinately cooler than he does in the newer games on that cover?
