Ahhh I'm late to the party. Primarina for life.
I did enjoy the challenge of the battles, but I wish they had developed the story, especially Aether's background, more. At least my trainer's cute! (I still don't buy they're 11 though).
Edit/Addendum: As much as I didn't care for the E4 themes this time around, holy crap were some of the other musics amazing. Especially Malie City-- Day and the track that plays when you first break into you know where (which is my favorite area track, beating out Vast Poni Canyon).

SOS battles are tedious, but you can catch stuff like special evolutions such as Politoed.
Plus you can also catch things like this if you're patient enough (by that I mean about two hours in one single SOS encounter for this one):

I think they have like twice to thrice as many socks, so if the restrictions are proportional, there would be more of them.
But if all of the kneesocks are plain dye-colours, anyway, it's more like an inconvenience than a restriction.

Check that Ditto's IVs, it's probably good for breeding. Especially if it's from a different language-version.

The only thing worth more would be one with 0 Atk and 0 Speed, or a sporadic 30 for Hidden Power, because those are actually rarer than 31s.
