It's worth noting that they're two different games, not the same one. Eternal Punishment is a direct sequel to Innocent Sin (and both of them are a sequel to Revelations: Persona).

I played persona 3 loved it. Yet hated the fact I had to use a game guide. Truth be told not the best at playing overly conplex games.

For most everyone who played Persona's 1-4, Innocent Sin/Eternal Punishment are basically the best of the series as far as story is concerned. Gameplay wise is fairly traditional-ish.

Worlds better compared to how bland and boring Revelations was.

Though now he has shades.
