DeSuMe is shit, but it's the only thing I've ever seen that actually works. Can't help you here. x_x I really wanted to have a working one so I could get screenshots from games, but there are some battles I am not up to fighting. Sorry, can't help you garrett. My computer is only a year or so old and DeSuMe works no better - and, yes, has framerate issues.

Honestly I would say either, import the game or use a Flash Card (Like Acekard or CycloDS) instead, either method will allow you to play on actual hardware... which is more preferable if you have less than optimal PC.

and if you use a flash card, assuming the game ever does get a flash translation, you could play it on your DS and run it perfectly instead of on an emulator.

7th Dragon 2020 has been released for ages and the third game is already basically almost ready.

I wouldn't count on an official release of 7th Dragon stateside at all. Sorry bro.
