I spent ten minutes trying to figure out what osu is and still do not have an answer. not much interested.

It's a rhythm game where you click (or hit Z+X, or space, or use a tablet) circles to the beat of J-Pop or nightcore songs mapped by fans.

So, when is the server usually up, if at all? I've been checking once in a while these past few days, but haven't found anything.
