Yeah, I know what you mean ... that said, I almost always end up buying the "LOOK COLLECTOR'S EDITION PLEASE BUY MORE $$$" version. I'm horrible, I know. I have no willpower

I guess what I like most about SRPGs is that, in general, it's such an easy game for me to make it harder; use unconventional classes, less characters, whatever. It's a whole lot different than solo-running a normal RPG to me, really. That said, I couldn't get myself into replaying LA (...actually, finishing it in general; I'm at the end I just haven't picked it back up to lelcakewalk the ending of the game).

LA2 is horrible don't get it.

I've enjoyed Luminous Arc 2 so far... I never played the first one. I don't know why I felt compelled to play them out of order. I never do that! It goes against my very nature. I think I was drawn in by the art book spoils... which my local GameStop ended up not having... : ( It was a sad day for all-- err, just for me.

There have been some humorous moments in the plot so far. I do love to laugh. Although that fellow with the camera is just plain irritating. I want him to go away. For always. :: ahem ::

Anyway, that's my impression.

I was sad when I found out it was not going to be released in Europe
I want to import it, but Etrian Odyssey 2 is more important than Luminous Arc 2 any day xD

I played through this game twice and well this game may not be exactly all that groundbreaking in terms of technology wise but there's a certain charm to it with the story and the music which I found to be really fun enough for a first and second playthrough.
