I use those for when I'm making maps for D&D.

For me, I use Graph Paper as Scratch Paper to write random bits of letters and numbers on to keep track of stuff. Then again, I use just about any paper as scratch paper.

The first thing I bought when I started learning Japanese a tiny bit more seriously was a graph paper notebook. 1cm² squares are about right for writing kana (or kanji if I get more seriouser sometime).

it's an issue of it being fucking impossible to get any paperwork through because all the people who need to sign it are there on different days or not at the time i work

it's like

"i cant come in to work at 2, I'll be at school"

"Ok, we can switch you with someone who works at 4."

"I need to get my availability changed though so this doesn't keep happening."

"Well, the person who needs to sign that will be gone by 4. Just come in an hour or two before you work and she'll be there."

"But...I'll be at school."

"Ah. Guess you'll have to wait until next week!"

Everyone I know who has worked for Walmart up here in Canada has had a bad experience. They are quick to replace people that don't bend over backwards to make whatever schedule they get work.

My workplace has my availability sorted out, so I'm not running into any issues with school and work. (Though I was able to get it sorted out BEFORE school started, so that helped.)

Hope everyone will manage to deal between school and work. Since I have a 6 month internship to get my Master degree, I can't afford to apply for a job when I have 4 months of classes.

(S) are barely literate. (FP) think I'm barely literate. Hmm.

Blasted some compressed air into my keyboard. For the record, it's mechanical, so no membrane.

Hot damn, there were food crumbs from The Last Supper flying out.

My keboard lies underneath the desk on this rollout thing, protects it from a lot of desk dangers such as water, head-desk, and many other things.

My mouse is on the desk off to the side, so its usually safe. Usually.

I may or may not have ruined a few mice.
