In Europe the law was passed that you had to have the same contract in all EU states plus the non EU states who are members of the EEA. It's amazing to go to France, Iceland, Finland etc and have your full data and voice plan.

Until the UK fucks itself up and leaves the EU...

How the hell does this work? Sometimes youtube-videos only load for a second after switching resolution, so I can watch them without any buffering if I'm clicking on different resolutions constantly, but they don't load at all if I just leave them on the lowest resolution.

Today it's the coldest possible wet weather. Horizontal snow turning to water when it touches anything. Looking out the window is agony. If the building catches fire, I'll take my chances.

I'm still on Chrome even though everyones telling me to switch to Firefox...

Nah, it's old news...supposedly it isnt as memory efficient as Firefox so most people I know have been switching over. I stay with chrome since I also have a Google Pixel.

I've used Firefox on desktop consistently since it was still on the "Mozilla" browser days. On my Android phone, I also use Firefox and when my Pixel 2 XL arrives next week, I will still use Firefox.

There were periods where Chrome was better, far better, but broadly speaking, I prefer Firefox and it has either caught up or beaten Chrome in terms of usability, Extensions and look and feel multiple times.
