just try your best to keep them in their cage with the door closed
I have a small parrot and there are four cats here that actively kill and eat birds. There has never been a problem.

Other problem we realized: one is female and one is male.
o_O;;
We put the cats in her room with the cage up on top of her TV (temporary until she moves things around and finds a more permanent place). The cats were oblivious. <_<; I wonder how long that will last.
I was kinda disappointed in my mousers
. Big dummy cats.
But yeah, as long as they don't knock the cage down, hopefully it won't be too much of a problem.

Getting a betta as a gift was one of the worst things that could happen to me. They call it the million-dollar-fish for a good reason. Since I was now once again responsible for the life of another, naturally I refused to let it be confined to the tiny bowl. Next thing I know I need a tank, compatible tank mates (I know bettas are solitary fishes shush), live plants and all sorts of things. I am probably going to be into the thousands by the time these fishes die off so I can get rid of the tank.
Do not be mistaken. I love Arthas and I do everything to make sure his 3-5 year life span is as good as it is going to get in confinement. Pets just go against my beliefs and lifestyle. I rather have them out in the wild killing each other.

I had a very murderous tom cat when I was younger, and I had to take care of a friends rabbit for about a week. Strangely enough, they got along. I guess my cat get all his rabbit killing done when he was outside. Kind of like a 9-5.

I've had two hamsters. One was named Siri after my favorite Jedi and the other was Jazzy. I miss them.
