Are you sure Jet Force Gemini was a game, and not a fever-dream?
Wonder if Skies of Arcadia would be better off with a spiritual sequel. Circling the globe is a tough act to follow.

Unfortunately, the only way that I can see us getting JFG2 is if Microsoft sells off the IP or Rare. As of now, Microsoft seems to be only focused on two out of the plethora of IPs that they own... Maybe the upcoming E3 will prove me wrong, but given Microsoft's past actions, I don't have hope for that.

Today started with a hike in the mountains to an abandoned tunnel system from the cold war, and led to day drinking and playing Wii Sports, and then watching my friend learn to play Darkest Dungeon until late. The last week has been filled with impromptu road trips to BC, bouldering with friends in the mountains, and hot tubs. I've been trying to milk the last little bit of summer here before I go back to school, as it's my last long summer like this for the foreseeable future. It's been a highly unproductive and completely amazing week.
