I wish my dad were a 40K player. I'd actually have something to talk about and do with him when I visit.

Now I'm wondering what faction his personality matches best... probably Imperium.

^Always Da Boyz.

My own personal Ork army are known as "Da Blue Colla Boyz", led by Warboss "Ork Springsteen" (Also called "Da Boss"). This mythology surrounding my army influenced both my painting, and got deeper and deeper everytime I played.

I can find some goodlooking dispensers, but not much drawing attention to itself.

Ah, the whole internet says "galick gun". Let me introduce you to Mr. Toriyama. It's "garlic".

Weird that reading this thread has been my first reminder in a long time that many people still do Christmas, with presents and everything. Japan doesn't, on the whole, so I think I've had about one Christmas in the last ten years.

You guys should totally go vote in between the art for Chuck Wendig's Blackbirds vs Seanan McGuire's Discount Armageddon. I voted for Blackbirds because a) I f*cking love Chuck Wendig and b) the cover art is brilliant.

Yeah, this was an easy one for me. Blackbirds. I'm really, really not digging the cover of Discount Armageddon. That said? The use of negative space on the Blackbirds cover is fantastic. (I think I'm using that term correctly...)

Yeah. Seanan McGuire said she loves the cover for Discount Armageddon and that it accurately depicts her character, but I'm all about dem Blackbirds.
