In terms of 2009 releases (ordered by release date):
1. Pokemon Platinum
2. Scribblenauts
3. New Super Mario Wii
But, in terms of games I played this year:
1. Army of Two
2. Viva Pinata DS
3. Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen
Games that came out that I'm glad were released but haven't bought/played yet:
1. Katamari Forever
2. LoZ: Spirit Tracks
3. Rock Band: Beatles
I bought and played a lot of games this year, but not many "New Release" type games I guess.
