Natsume Yuujinchou Shi started airing this week!

the new op is kinda meh....the only thing that redeems it is how cute little Natsume is, but im sure the more i listen to it the more i'll hate it less....


However, i like the new ed :D its like the one from season 2 except its a bit more...cheery? I don't know, but i love it <333

I haven't actually watched any anime in a while but right now I'm watching Another, Nichijou, and Black Rock Shooter. Out of the three I'm most entertained by Nichijou and Black Rock Shooter....Nichijou because it's funny, and Black Rock Shooter because it's over the top and everything is crazy. I know people are kind of 'meh' about it but it really keeps me entertained and each episode ends on a cliffhanger that makes me go JFSDFSD. Another also ends on a cliffhanger each ep but it's not as effective IMO.

I should really watch Penguindrum because I loved Utena...how is it in comparison anyways?

Penguindrum was good. I never really liked Utena (at least not with a zealous fervor towards it) so I'll shy away from the direct comparison.

Also, I must be the only sane person here for finding Nichijou dull when it wasn't funny. Which was pretty often.

The outlaw star comment about gene not being needed. Come on man he is SO needed. also helps this was anime's take on Treasure Island so he is supposed to be kinda of a @$$hole.

Also, I watched MajiKoi and Maken-Ki without anyone forcing me to do it.

I'm pretty far behind in a lot of my shows, though, so maybe there's a new "holy shit, really?" show to follow. I'm really behind on Guilty Crown so maybe it improved .

MajiKoi like but felt like it was designed with idea you OBVIOUSLY played the game, and felt like it was mostly filler for the new game. Still funny and made me laff hard, all the girls are nuts.

I am gonna watch Unlimited Blade Works then fate zero.

Did I mention I like type moon, cuz I am playin battle moon wars!

Nichijou definitely had its snoozetastic moments. The awesome moments make it worth watching & owning though.

I watched the first volume of Hetalia

I also played it as a drinking game.

Rules were as follows:

1) PASTA is seen or mentioned. (This got to be insane)

2) US/UK slash (not nearly as much as I'd hoped!)

3) Russia acts like a creepy rapist (season one is tragically lacking in Russia)

4) China says "aru" (and then one episode was entirely China, and it turned into us screaming ARU! and drinking)

5) Anytime a non-Axis/non-Allies character is shown
So this being characters other than Germany, Italy, Japan and America, England, France, Russia, China

It was a lot of fun!
