Fanservice is tolerable; I don't mind the minor things, it's just when the camera shifts focus JUST for it that its kind of annoying. Ayase's breast jiggle doesn't get to me much but Tsugumi's datAss button hit was /facepalm. And then Inori's existence, so long as she's wearing her egoist outfit.

And, despite the Code Geass feel (HIGH SCHOOL BOY GIVEN POWER OF THE KINGS BY MYSTERIOUS GIRL AND TAKES ON A TOTALITARIAN GOVERNMENT RULING JAPAN...), the influences are supposed to harken to Eden of the East and Ghost in the Shell.
