Many things about the kitsune is mercurial, from their moods to their treatment of humans, to even the abilities some possess. Kitsune have a depth of personality as deep or even deeper than those of other Japanese characters. The reason for this, according to one source, is that the kitsune is the Trickster, in Japanese culture. They are there to teach those around them lessons.

I will be getting it if:
- There's official confirmation of games that suits my taste, its' avalaibility to me and costs.
- Cheaper price tags.
- I have an idea what to do with a Gameboy Color and Gameboy SP Advance that has been collecting dust for a long time.
- I have an idea what to do with the Nintendo DS Lite I currently have after purchasing a 3DS.

Well, considering that I bought the DS somewhat randomly (I was in a trip in Japan and had some money to spend, lol) and it ended up as a wonderful gaming system - it has great games and I play A LOT on the bus/train going to work -, I think it's very probable that I will buy this one too, based on trust.
I don't know if it will be as soon as it comes out, probably not.
Though in the launch titles there should be a turn-based tactical game made by Julian Gollop (author of X-Com, which is basically the best game ever) and if it's any good (it should) I may do a crazy thing and buy it sooner than expected XD
There's also some Atlus games coming and that is a good thing in my book, hoping like SirthOsiris mentioned that they will be brand new episodes and not remakes. Not that I have played that many Atlus games in the first place, but still.
I have a friend that now resides in Japan and is working on one of the launch titles (he's a graphic artist), he usually spat on everything Nintendo but he was very impressed when he tried the 3D effect on the prototypes they have for developing.
