Typically, most forums I go to have a Newbie forum, that doubles as a place for people to post when they're going on vacation. But I guess since this place is still small, it doesn't really matter much right now.
Well, I'm Zai. The first time I saw Etrian (under its Japanese title, of course; forgot what it was) on the intarwebz, I thought it looked interesting, so I bought it a week or so after it came out in the US (I was quite lucky to find a copy, as I haven't seen it in a store since then). I liked it enough, kept playing for a while, got to the fourth floor and then stopped playing for a while. Then I recently got back into it and have since gotten to the tenth floor. I'm looking forward to the English release of EO2, as well as a few other games.
I like such series as Fire Emblem, Harvest Moon, Pokemon, Animal Crossing, Smash Bros., older Sonic games, Mario, and several others. I've tried other dungeon crawlers, but I think Etrian spoiled me with its in-game maps. =[)
Oh, and I found the site a while ago, before it had its own server. I think I found it by a link at Wikipedia.
