From the last time I measured myself (been... a year or two?), I have gone from 160~ to 180 lbs! Still slim, but it seems my change in dietary attitude and rigorous training has had more of an effect than anticipated. Though it has to be said my arms have only gone from floppy to flimsy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Lifted some furniture around again. Stronger this year, but still out of breath. Maybe better recovery. Less pain.

I need to get a brace to prevent carpal tunnel in my right wrist. I can type all day, but I have been using my arrow key and keypad a lot for various activities and that is causing repetitive motion strain. :/ When I was a teenager, I actually constructed my own protection for SMASHING stuff, but I should probably consider purchasing something more refined.

Um

A muscle around my left thigh seems to ache whenever I pull it? Through lifting it, I haven't been able to deduce the cause... It's really weird, and it's more annoying than anything.

By "to the max", I just meant I put in a lot of effort. Do not know if it refers to any bodybuilding terms, though I don't usually strain myself. ^~^ At least back then.
