Hurray running! If you need a motivation buddy, hit me up. I've been on a roll the last week and a half running (also walking while panting heavily) around my neighborhood. I do three days on and one day off and I've already seen improvement. :D It helps that my neighborhood is quiet and also adorable. Rock hard calves are a go!

I finally caught up on sleep! Feels good. I also have been jogging the last two nights on an elliptical machine for 10 minutes. I heard they aren't good to exercise on, but I have knee problems so I kind of don't have a choice. That probably doesn't sound like much, but I am so out of shape.

Whenever I finish training, I have an immensely increased urge to cuddle.

If I had to make an educated guess as to why, it's because my body wants the oxytocin to ease the pain and slow down my heart rate.

I always thought the strange twist on my wrist was simply anatomical. Turns out it was created from an imbalance of muscle, and part of why I suffered an RSI previously.

Practice with a weighted practice sword has almost corrected it in short time.

Someone offered to train me in the way of boxing. Unfortunately, I'm way too busy lately and behind on projects for the first time, and I don't want to give up on my existing training. It's acted as a motivation for me to work harder so I can have the free time to learn something new.

Maybe Trifkin can wreck me a few times.

I wouldn't dare punch a beautiful face such as yours! But I'd gladly show you some moves to use on punching bags. :3 Even though I'm against violence of any kind, punching and kicking are surprisingly satisfying as pure movement without anger or ill intent.

It's an active motion, i.e. not something like walking or dancing that you can do without thinking about it, so it can actually help with getting your mind of things.
