I just run and the occasional weight-lifting (more for leg strength though ._.)

The occasional Skyward Strike is the most physical activity I've been doing since I haven't been in gym this year.

xP It was very messy and inconsistent. I couldn't get the form right. But now! I have found some very useful tips online and I've already cleaned it up quite a bit.

I'm also excited now 'cause the heavy bag is finally up in the garage. x3

What is this? Complaining that Winnipeg is too cold? Then get out of bed and get fit! That's how winning is done! Lounging around is for the weak! These walls are insulated. You do not need a furnace. Control the room temperature with your body.

Okay. I am not really that hype, but it is true that exercise can be a nice way of warming up in the morning. After my work-out I feel too warm to wear much of anything.

... Perhaps I should open up my own dojo. Where I can train in the art of kicking people in the face. Not sure how the nearby taekwondo school would feel about my ambitions, though.
