My brother brews his own beer. We've actually been emailing back and forth since I moved talking about beers and stuff, so I guess that's not really a complaint so much.
And, yes, he has a big "TV"
@youngest
for a long time, I was the (technically) youngest grandchild on both my mom and dad's side.
On my mom's side I was the youngest and the only girl for, like, 12 years.
On my dad's side... well, it's weird. I can illustrate what I mean, though:
This is my dad with his 4 siblings and two eldest cousins -- these are the "oldest" people in my family (basically the children of either Pa, my grandfather, or Pa's sister). My dad is about 20 years younger than everyone else in this photo.
So after this photo was taken, the instructions were "Now get in the photo if you are a child of one of these people" ... Thus:
(my brother is absent from this photo, he wasn't at Easter that year) So here's me surrounded by my first cousins -- my aunt and uncle's children. You'll notice that I am, by a huge margin, the youngest person in this photo. In fact, there was some initial confusion until everyone remember, oh, yeah, Kino does belong in this photo.
I am, therefore, the technical youngest of the grandchildren.
(bonus photo!) So then again the instructions were "get in the photo is you are the child of one of these people" Resulting in:
My "actual" cousins -- the grandchildren of my aunts and uncles, plus the assorted extra cousins on the far side of my family (my grandfather's sister's children and grandchildren and my grandfather's cousin's children and grandchildren). All those cousins younger than me were my grandfather's great-grandchildren -- including my two older cousins. So my grandfather was a great-grandfather before I was even born, and my father was a great-uncle before he was a father.
I have mentioned that I'm from a large family, right? <3
