Off the top of my head:

Kannazuki no Miko
Strawberry Panic
Marimite (not sure, actually; I just remember this being in an all-girls school ... >>)
Aoi Hana (and other stuff by Shimura Takako
Girl Friends (and other stuff by Morinaga Miruku)

And pretty much anything else translated by Lililicious.

Edit:

Gundam 00 2nd Season preview.

Marimite isn't really overt with that, it's generally just implied. You couldn't really put it at the same level as, say, Strawberry Panic.

I've seen most of those anyway (well, I read Marimite >_>)
My current game projects:
茨心 -Thornheart- (jRPG, yuri) || Heaven's Kiss: Fallen Hydrangea (Twine, yuri romance)

(#dota2) I support Team DK! 国土無双 (LaNm), you will be missed...

Yeah ... was pretty sure it wasn't straight-out "OMG <3" kind of stuff; definitely more of a, "platonic? romantic?" question left to the reader ... though I never read the whole thing.

I've thought about watching Strawberry Panic even if girl-girl isn't my thing, but it's pretty popular and I like to at least see what the hype is about with things. Though, is it shoujo-ai or yuri?

I know about Kannazuki No Miko. It's on my to-watch list. I've been told it's very good.

Strawberry Panic I've seen. It's nice, but not all that great in the end. Maybe I'm too critical after reading lesbian fiction for years. SP has both yuri and shoujo-ai if I understand the distinction correctly (shoujo-ai and shounen-ai mean just close friendship, and yuri and yaoi mean romance and physical intimacy, right?). I think you'll like the Amane/Hikari romance, since it's rather butch-femme. I would have liked to see more of the St. LeLim (sp?) girls since they're actually the most interesting.

Marimite is also on my recs list. I know there's very little actual lesbian content in it.

The other two (Aoi Hana and Girl Friend) I looked up, but it seems they're manga, not anime?

Ah, yeah, they're both Manga only as far as I know. And shoujo-ai v yuri ... there really isn't any, to be honest. It depends on that user for the majority of it as they're pretty much the "same" thing. Personally, I just use yuri (and yaoi) to cover all their related topics ... but there's really nothing set in stone for their differences*.

*Worth noting I've definitely seen reference to shoujo-ai / shounen-ai referring to pedo-bait content in Japan so take it for what you will. They're not really big terms in Japan as far as I know.

Edit: There is a sort-of fan difference at least in America as far as I know; that one is the more "sexual" yuri and shoujo-ai being the "non-porn" one.

I also way overused "as far as I know" in this post.

For me: shoujo/shounen-ai = lesbian/gay love without the porn. Let's think of it as softcore.

yuri/yaoi = hardcore and hentai

That typically is the way most people that I've chatted wth it have recognized it / taught me so I never thought that others wouldn't be as clear on it. Sorry.

That's more-or-less how it originally was in America (I actually want to say shoujo-ai may have been an American term); in Japan, however, it's just yuri/yaoi as far as I know. Nowadays, some companies forgo shoujo-ai altogether and stick with yuri (like the Strawberry Panic! manga from Seven Seas; they classify it under yuri to stick with the Japanese term).

In other news, 20 episodes through Darker than Black and they just made me not hate a character I've hated since the first episode. Those bastards.
