Ideas for a Studio Name

So, I am opening up my own web development business. Now with ALLLLLL that I have to worry about and all the paper work I'm trying to get together on this and my attempts to try to think everything through.... I'm stumped on the one most STUPIDEST detail in the world that actually happens to be rather very important.

.... I can't come up with a name for my business/studio/whatever the hell this thing is.

I really want to attempt to stay away from cheesy overdone names. "creative" "magical" these are words I kinda want to through the book at. That being said, though, there is this one company name that did our school's website that I loved called "Creative Sum". If only I could think up something like that. So I'm not striking those words out completely.

Though, I REALLY want to stay away from the word "design". I'm not just doing designs - in fact that's rather the last least part of it all I'm interested in doing.


One potential idea that gave me a laugh was Endless Loop Studio... only because I have such an issue with getting stuck in infinite loops :3 ... but I don't think it makes for a very good name.

How about just Magicfox Studios? This is not a joke answer. I actually like it.

Oh hey! I just noticed that this thread has a poll on it and Magicfox Studios is an option. Whoops. If the poll was already there before my first reply, then... yeah, I vote for that.

The only reason I wouldn't do Magicfox is because it might seem too similar to Firefox, which is either good or bad.

*ahem* Penna Marie Fischer <---- this is my name. My sister thinks I should try to fit it in there somewhere since my name is so unique. But I think "Penna Studios" sounds so bland.... "Penna's Creations" is a step up but not by much...

No. No "Maxine" or "MagicFox" in the name. Sounds too 12 year oldish (cause it is) and I'm wanting to make websites for businesses.

^_^ I use to hate my name until my Latin teacher told me that it meant "quill pen". Suddenly... it didn't seem so bad. Destiny, fate.... those sorts of things sorta ran through my mind.

*sigh* I think I'm just going to stick with "Penna's Web Studio" and call it a day... I can't think of anything. And my first client is a good example of why I want to keep it a non-descript title. He just wants me to try to figure out how the hell he updates the website that he has (through whatever third party software) and teach him how to do it. :3 Of course I'll also offer to take up the task full time for him for extra monetary supplement.

I could call it Penna's Web Studio and Services.... WSS... :3 which kinda looks like w3s.... .... .... *sigh*

Now... on to the fun part... o_o Prices.........

*sigh* -_- I also really need to schedule an appointment with an accountant at H&R Block or something so I can make sure that during tax time I'm not murdered. .... *sigh* I wonder if there are options to pay in throughout the year so it's not some huge gross amount..... *walks off muttering*
