If you like visual novels, how about Hakuoki? Shinsengumi themed romance with vampires.

There's also Fate/Extra if you like Type-Moon, though I'd seriously look into it first before buying.

With Fate/Extra, the story is great (as usual), but the battle system isn't exactly the greatest.

Music is good though.

I've played more BoF II than BoF III, but that's only because I haven't been able to buy BoF III yet. "Yet", as in, it's not a new interest.

Am currently playing Gurumin... LOVE IT already but.... don't you think it's the sort of game Kino kinda said she didn't want to play? It does seem rather button-mashy with lots of potential for dieing.

.... Kino, only get Gurumin if you can tolerate Zelda, I would think. That's just based off my one hour of play time, though.

It IS fucking adorable as hell, though.

my tolerance of zelda is like 99% nostalgic. I never finished Phantom Hourglass, never even opened Spirit Tracks, and stopped playing Twilight Princess after like 2 hours.

The older I get the less I want to play action-y attacking button mashy games of skill

......... after spending a whole day playing Gurumin, as much as I'm FUCKING ADDICTED to it, after hearing this sentiment, I would have to say that I would not recommend Gurumin as a game for you, Kino. That's all the game IS is one fight after another. Dungeon dungeon dungeon dungeon, minus a few times you run to the village to restock on health items and/or deliver some item to unlock more dungeons.

^_^ But at least everyone's recommendation did not go to waste. I got a fantastic game out of it. I would just look up some youtube vids, Kino, before you think about purchasing this game. I have a feeling you will drop it like a rock.
