God, so sad. I don't have any words for this. All I can do is pray and try to ask God to help the families and the children left behind, scarred.

20 children died today. Approximately 40 parents lost their babies. Over 400 students will no longer feel safe in a place they should be able to. Countless people have been robbed of friends, colleagues, and lovers they might have otherwise had some day.

I can not put into words the barely suppressed horror, sorrow, and vitriolic anger I am feeling.

There was a school shooting in Scotland once involving a handgun and soon handguns were banned. There hasn't been such a shooting since. Yet here in America the immediate reaction to a shooting is a violent defense of gun ownership.

Why is everybody my age a moron? The guy was messed up in the head, and in case nobody remembers, he killed himself too. How much pain do you have to be in to do something that horrible?

The people that liked this are the people that will be joining society a year or two after me.
