*blushes* I forgot something, though. ^_^; Since I was a little kid, I've called the things by the same name as a candy brand (which I hope you aren't thinking of), so just to be sure:

I call these "pop rocks"



? I think the rest of the world calls them Snappers?? -_- I dunno, though.

You throw them on the ground and they POP. I dunno why I call them the same thing as the candy. There's a family video of me five years old where I was calling them that.

That's the ones. Down here we call them snappers, teardrops, poppers, "OMFG STOP THROWING THOSE AT ME" and other assorted names.

Hey the candy is good too, but only the strawberry. It's cool to put them all in a little bit of water and have really shitty and acidic Kool-Aid. :3
