Final Fantasy XIII announced for 360

I'll still probably end up getting a PS3. Unless it gets stellar reviews from everyone, I'm not gonna bother picking up FF13. I'm not a Final Fanboy, so I don't just buy every single FF game. The numbered FFs have had a rough patch recently. I enjoyed the combat system of 12, but it just couldn't keep my interest.

Though, this decision does surprise me. On one hand, Square's never really been an exclusive company, starting out on Nintendo and then going to Sony for most of their recent games, and now to Microsoft. On the other, Square had been with Sony for so long that I expected the numbered FFs to remain on the PlayStations.

Does this bring new hope to the possibility of KH3 being released on something besides just PS3? Most likely. Do I really care? Not really. Do plenty of Wii-only (non PS360) owners care? Definitely.

And I would only get a PS3 for MGS4 or Parappa The Rapper 3 or Um Jammer Lammy 2.

I care quite a deal, though it doesn't stop me from getting a PS3 (Disgaea 3, MGS4) ... eventually. It's quite a blow to the PS3--not in the sense of, "OMG LOSING THE FINAL FANTASIES," but, rather, the fact it's lost yet another former exclusive title. I really wonder what Sony's E3 press conference has in store to counter this since it keeps losing exclusives and even JRPGs to the 360, a system all but floundering in Japan.

Oh man, this coming year is going to suck for me Tales of Vesperia in August (just in time for my birthday haha~), Disgaea 3, Fallout 3, Persona 4, Fable 2, I'm probably forgetting more ... jesus.

Weak, that's why I bought a PS3 in the first place. But at least it's region free, so I'll just have to shell out a little more cash for the import instead.
