I'll agree with you that some may attack it because it has become more common as of late, but a good deal is from people who either play jrpgs that aren't too similar to the FF games, or just don't play them at all. For a while Square just pumped those things out, so people who played similar games probably got bored with the franchise. At the end of the day though, whatever games you like are your personal preferences. Kitsu despises the Wii, yet I enjoy it. I realize though that he has valid complaints for a good deal of the games on the system. It really doesn't make much sense to get caught up on opinions about games. Hell I've had some people get pissed at me because of not liking those games. One guy even yelled at me, with his terrifying bolded text, for making fun of the way he harped on endlessly about 7.
Also table breaking nooooos are a dick move man! That threw me off.

Meh, I prefer, sort of, my 360 for FPS. Before I get lynched, I'd like to say that KB + Mouse just makes it ... well, too damn easy; it must be my build-in l33t asian h4x but most PC FPS are pretty much a joke as far as aiming goes.
Plus, I can't play with a KB+Mouse and recline / lie down like I can with my 360 and, damn it, that's a deal breaker.

I'm eagerly awaiting for MP4 with Motion+. I mean, the Wii should be built for fun FPS games, right? It's amazing how few there are, really. I need to give MP3 a serious, "OKAY PLAYING THROUGH IT" once I get access to a Wii again.
