What is the stance of ItL on ROMS, emulation, hentai, porn, spiders, etcetera?

Basically, what are the rules? =D

My position on ROMs and EMUs are - EMUs are none of my business since they are just programs. ROMs are another business. If the game/material is available for sale and/or licensed here in USA and EUR (since that is where we webmasters are from), then DO NOT MENTION THEM to me unless you've already got the game. For example, I have all the Zelda games but I use ROMs and EMUs of the games for my website to grab images. I'm interested in an emu and rom of EO, too, but I will not ask for them here and do not promote them whatsoever.

BUT, continuing in that strain, I do not mind sites like http://animesuki.com being linked to.

Hentai and porn - if it's EO related, we have a wonderful section on our image gallery that you can sign up for membership and post and look at all that you would like. Please do not link to them here. As for non-EO material. NO! Not here. However, I don't mind sketchy material as ItL's target audience is 16+ teens. So, if you want to start a topic to talk about sex, go ahead, just don't post images, please. Uhh - Kazi's tree image is ... borderline fine and I don't mind it, but don't push it, ok.

Spiders... *pales* I'm deathly afraid of spiders. Please... spare me! NO! T-T

Btw, I have an intrest in getting an R4 (plays DS/GBA roms) as I have the EO and EOII roms (but have refused to play EOII until I get the actual cartridge, to prevent spoilers)
