I've just uploaded Puyo Puyo 15th Anniversary for the Nintendo DS to Megaupload, give it a try

I have tested it on several NDS emulators, as well as my R4, and it works perfectly.
Oh yeah, almost forgot, it hasn't been scheduled for a release anywhere outside of Japan so far, so it's not illegal.

It's "technically" illegal, but technically not since Japan rarely presses charges, but I think the point he was trying to get at is that posting the link is in accordance with our forum rules.
