Ha ha, thanks friends. I've been career hopping for about seven years, and usually in the world of business. Working as an accountant and an adminstrative assistant, I found myself doing a lot of IT work outside of my job description. Thus, I figured I should make a career out of it so I get the workload and pay appropriate for my skills and interests. Currently enrolled in a 28-month IT course at a local college. Maybe one day I can match the legendary negzee.

Seeing Kino's post up at the top is freaking me out a little. And I really should catch up with Negzee, it's been too long.

I have, like, one year left of undergrad which is kinda terrifying. For all the stress it causes me, school is what I've basically done for the past sixteen years of my life so it's all I know. I want to go to medical school, but I want to spend one or two years with an actual job before I do that. I just have to figure out how that would actually work lol

I am glad my major department is really involved with undergrads and I can actually get a job with my degree after I gradaute if I choose to. And I'm actually interested in what I study so that's nice.

School ended nearly 9 years ago now...

I'm in school this year, in a design program at an art college. Last week, on top of a full course load and 18 hours of work bussing at a steakhouse, I did 35 hours of homework. The week before wasn't much better, and the next one is looking the same. I'm so burnt out right now.

On the other hand, I did my first piece of personal work all year last week, which felt good. It reminded me why I'm doing this.
