A cute girl who is in a similar place in life as me works at a tea shop near my school. Unfortunately, she knows I would never set foot in a tea shop for myself, so I have to buy my sister some tea now if I'm going to accidentally run into her sometime. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Also grilled plantains are definitely tasty, especially when warm and they are so filling you won't crave for another one.

I had a couple pieces of grilled plantain a week and a half ago. Was my first time having them (I think), and oh my goodness they were delicious. So was the jerk chicken.

Housemate made fish n' chips from scratch.

Fish and chips is usually eaten with vinegar as seasoning, but I haven't figured out yet how much is needed. With just a few drops sprinkled over it, I can't taste any vinegar and might as well leave it out. Seems like to have any flavor, I'd need to add so much the chips would become soggy. Maybe I need a different (stronger) kind of vinegar?

I don't think it should stand out; ideally, none of the seasonings used for the fish should stand out more than another.

Unless you are talking condiments to put onto the food after it has been made. Personally, I prefer things naked. Especially when it has a nice and crispy texture. :)
