I ALWAYS buy into FF-hype and am disappointed. :( Still... *sigh* I'm a sucker, I guess.

<_< *sniffle* I REALLY want a PS3 now. The world looks fabulous (I love the scene with the aircraft attacking the train) and the gameplay looks like it could be really really fun. :\ I'm probably setting myself up again, though.

If you have an XBox 360, its also coming out on that. If not, the XBox is still the cheaper of the two. As for FF13, the turn-based version kinda interests me but it'll have to give me a bit more to go by first. Last one I tried was FF10, which kinda scared me off with its sphere grid and spending the first 30 minutes or so of the game just dragging me around from one near-death experience for Tidus to another. Also, finding a flint lying around was rather convenient...

The series is way too flashy for me now. D: They lost me starting at 7 though I've tried them all and actually enjoyed 9 a lot. I'll stick to my slow, dull and boring games like Fire Emblem.

Games like FFXII and FFXIII are examples of why I like Dragon Quest more than Final Fantasy >_>
