I just don't like their movies. :[ This may sound like an extreme thing to say but I've seen all of their releases since my time and didn't like them at all, especially Finding Nemo and the recent Ratatouille. In fact, Wall-E became pretty Pixar-ish towards the end so I was hoping for it to finish fast before it could be ruined. Thankfully that sweet ending moment (which I won't spoil for those who haven't seen it) made up for the bads. Classic Disney was pretty great, though. I'll agree on that.

*shrugs* each to their own I guess. ^_^; I'm actually kinda surprised this many people like Pixar, too, possibly as much as me. I figured I'd get a "that's stuffs for kids" response. But, I love the kiddish stuff. ... *is a children's writer, afterall* Seriously, my fave parts of Lion King were at the beginning when he was still a cub. And... <_< Disney songs get stuck so easily in my head.

I'm a firm believer that it's very hard to make something exclusive to children. As an example there are very sophisticated adults who treasure children's books far more than any child. Heck, I even had the honour of making such a children's book for such a person. ^-^ I had no idea how many steps it would take to get it into a solid book form until it was finished!
I wonder where that book went to these days?

Just for Maxine then ... "That's just for kids." Kind of like Trix.
...
I want some Trix now
Though on a serious note, I can't remember the last time I saw a Disney and/or Pixar movie that didn't involve someone dragging me to it. After being forced to watch Twilight, I have now refused to go to movies without it being spelled out ahead of time what I'm going to see.
