Got two of three packages were retrieved today, so I got three new pair of pants. I also got the and I'm looking forward to when I can add Lucario (who's in the last package along with a trading figure of Woobat) though they have really big stands, I have no room left!

Shame that Nozomi Entertainment still don't BluRay. Tamayura is one of those anime that really warrants HD quality.
Hidamari Sketch is almost complete now. Only the Sae&Hiro Graduation OVA remains. Honeycomb took a long time to be released in English; hopefully the OVA won't take as long. The manga is still going though, so maybe it's not the last we'll see of the Hidamari folks.

How is anime these days?

Also, how is Hidamari after season 2? I never picked it up because I dreaded new characters for some reason

I'm not sure how anime is "these days" exactly because I'm usually lagging a few years behind. I've read that there's currently another anime bubble going on though; lots and lots produced each season, most of it getting English releases (though some of that is streaming-only). Of course not all of that is actually good. There's a lot of forgettable or outright crappy anime made as well. I'm still adding to my to-watch list now and then though.

Hidamari Sketch is as adorable/relaxing as ever. The new characters don't really change things much. They stopped with the anachronic episode order, so it's easier to follow story developments.
