Pet Thread

Since I saw nothing about this, and because pets are a fairly important part of people's lives, I've decided to make a pet thread.

I chose the pet option for the poll. If my girlfriend can't stand any pets I may have, I don't think we're going to get along that well...although it may be a different story if she's allergic.

I have neither a pet nor a girlfriend, so I picked the 'can't choose' option. I'm not much of a pet person. I like other people's pets, but I'm glad to leave the caretaking to them.

My mom has turtles. She's cleaning the tank right now. They get excited when you give them food. :3

I have 3 cats, a parrot, and a lizard. I have had all kinds of other animals, from crayfish to ducks to big dogs. Things get old and die.

I love animals, but people last longer and mean more. People can love you with something more than the dumb adoration and loyalty of dogs or parrots or whatever.

And lizards would eat you if they were big enough, no matter what...especially mine
