Merchant Woes

"So loud..." spoke a low, yet childish voice. She had been floating around in the guild hall for the duration of the shouting and deceiving. No one took any real notice to her, and that was how she preferred things. However, the sudden shout because some medic forgot that this was too great of a deal to be that simple had irritated her. She wanted to cast a hex on him, but right now she'd be wasting her time. Maybe in a year she could make him dance like the little bug he is, but for now she wasn't much more then a neophyte.

Din thought on the situation though. This man needed guild members, or he was forever going to be in hell. It wasn't pity, but the fact that he was going to be beyond desperate for funds. Desperate could be bad, but it could also mean a lack of fear. To many guilds were focused on taking it in strides, never going for the gold. A mission a month and maybe taking an extra step a week. He was probably going to ask for a hiring fee, but he also looked gullible enough.

Din hovered into view and made herself known. The local probably knew her; she was the local misfit after all. "Excuse me," She hummed, breaking the silence with silence of her own. She waited until she had attention on her before continuing. "You're what most people call screwed right now." She just hovered there, no emotion displayed on her face other then fire. "In order to get out you'll need a guild that can do jobs and explore the labyrinth."

"If you can find at least two front line people, I'll join."

Noxx immediately turned around. Some girl, quite young, came into view. He didnt expect anyone to be here except for the sleeping medic. She caught him by surprise. She looked like a hexer of sorts, didnt look that threatening. Then again he could be wrong. She said the one on the bench was screwed....

He then traced back into his recent memory:

Hmmm, 2mil en. Something about being screwed.....

Then it hit him. Did the one sleeping on the bench have something to do with money?

"........." Noxx got up from his squat position.
" Lemme guess, I might be wrong, or right, that this person here somehow owes a crapload of money to some else. And from what you just said now... she owns a guild?"

Morgan groaned and sat up. "where the hell am I...?" He wondered to himself, suddenly glancing down at the notice of debt in his hand.

...Crap.

Morgan stood up, and suddenly noticed two other people in the room. with a short yelp, he jumped onto the bench he was just laying on. "a-ah! who are you two?!" he asked, barely masking the fear in his voice.

"Wait!" a voice in Morgan's mind suddenly called out. "look at the facts, you need a full guild, right? the best way to get money in this town is that labyrinth thing, and you need a full guild to get in. So trick these people into joining you!!" it said. It sorta seemed like a mean thing to do, but at this point, Morgan had to be a bit more opportunistic.

"I-I mean, hello! welcome! this is the guild hall for..." Morgan glanced at the paper in his hand. "...Guild Diamond! We're recruiting, you know~" Morgan said cheerfully, hiding the paper behind his back. He had a full contingency plan just in case.

"hmmmm...." Noxx thought to himself for a second. Should I join this Guild? There is a possibilty she owes money..... Then again, why not help out? Like I have anything to do. besides, I need a Guild anyway.

".......I suppose I can join, do we need to do anything before we join? Like showing you what we are capable of?"

Inside of noxx's mind went: If she says's yes, its going to be a bit of a problem when I say I easily beat poeple up. How am I going to prove that? Or I could say Im a good sword fighter..... wait scratch that, I usually wave my sword like a maniac. Hmmm, I suppose I can prove the beating up someone part by going and getting into a fight on purpose with some drunks....
